What Is The Stress?

Stress is the consequence of our internal reaction to what happens to us and we must meet the requirements, therefore, to face the stress must work properly in its two components: the external factor (which we do) and internal (our reaction).

We tend to limit the vision of the stress to the external agent which produces: a traffic jam, overwork, etc.. However, this way of approaching stress is not correct, because the same events do not affect everyone equally and also puts the sufferer as a passive spectator, as something inevitable, when not.

By relying on each person, it happens that in some situations that cause individuals under severe stress, trigger reactions in others pleasant and exciting. Stress arises, then, when our internal reaction is discomfort or distress.

People generally increase your stress level with a self-imposed far greater than their own environment: the student who always aspires to the highest note, or at work, usually requires much more than our own boss.

It cunfundir not stress that occurs when upset occurs, with the motivation or the challenge, what comes to be called positive stress.

This discomfort or discomfort reaction has two veritentes: physics (nervousness, hypertension, etc..) And psychological (anxiety, anger, frustration, etc.)..

When the level of stress affects the normal development of life, or better, before this happens, the ideal thing is to consult with a psychologist to learn to master and overcome stress.
