How to Enjoy Without Guilt? (E.f.t.)
A lot of us going on that we share with our friends, our partners, etc.. and want us to enjoy time away from work and routine, we are feelings of guilt, think of our children, our families, our studies, etc., and we are at an unconscious level as a libertine, a carefree, wasteful, irresponsible, and so on.
These "faults" are learned from childhood when we restricted the sweets, toys that we liked, or our favorite cartoons, saying: "It makes your homework first" (obligation = suffering) "and then you can play" (17: 00 to 18:00 hrs. I can be happy hour a day ... I have permission to be happy).
This does not mean that we spend on holidays, going to the movies or do whatever we like all day, I think the solution is to simply enjoy what we do daily. Although many people say, how I can enjoy a job that I do not like a relationship that I dislike or studying the field I like least, and so on. The solution is to allow you to feel good, enjoy and be happy when you want. Your mood does not have to depend on the average of those around you, your colleagues, your partner, what is there to eat or what you could not do. Your mood is like a gift where the packaging is the medium around you (friends, family, work, college, etc..), the value of the gift depends on the package ... no, it's just an ornament. Your mood depends on yourself, wanting to be well despite the circumstances, in spite of staying overtime, I allow myself to relax and feel good. These simple words create mental level changes. With EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) can cause these effects produce simple phrases throughout your bio energy system.
