Learn to recharge Toner Cartridges
The business is manufacturers printers, but the cartridges. The more printers have placed on the market, can sell more cartridges. They have realized that most home users when they go to buy a printer, do not ask for the price of cartridges, only look at the price of the machine.
While the original cartridges provide optimal results in terms of performance and print quality, we should not dismiss the possibility of extending its life, because when the toner runs out, its components can still support other thousands of impressions.
If you have a printer the Lexmark Optra C910 cartridges can be recharged by simply removing the cap. But to recharge toner hp, Samsung, Canon, Brother, Epson, most cartridges require separate hoppers and completely disarming.
When the cartridge internal parts are worn, all you can do is recycling, which is to exchange them for new ones and new models of printers whose cartridges bring chip, should change with a new one unless I get to deceive a software reset.
The most recommended brand toner is "Static Control" made in USA, under strict quality standards.
Reload toner cartridges require much work, and that to access your deposit must be removed, this is messy and complicated. We can do without it, unless it is desperately needed recycling.
The following system is useful for all types of cartridges. It makes a hole in the roof of the toner tank with a thermal Punches, which will make a hole clean and neat, then place the funnel and proceed to reload the cartridge finally plug the hole with adhesive foil.
Refill your cartridges very easily without having to disarm them. Each toner cartridge that you can fill fill again several times before they start to cause wear on components such as blades or photosensitive drum, which will be saving much money.
As for the recycling ...
If you like the idea of saving your pennies, before investing in the tools and stain your hands should ask: is recycling for me? and pass this test:
1 .- rarely read the instructions, I have no time for it, and if I do it is over.
2 .- If something comes to me first, I give up, I have no patience.
3 .- My time is valuable and I can not lose in doing experiments.
4 .- I hate the idea of dirty hands.
5 .- The bricolage is not exactly my forte.
If you feel identified with any of the phrases, best buy cartridges and recycled. If nevertheless decides to try, you might just ruin an empty cartridge that ultimately the monetary value is only 4 to $ 5 worth of housing. If your intention is not to engage in remanufacturing as output work, but only reload their own cartridges, it will be sufficient to use the Thermal Punches and this is the only tool you need.
