Improve Self Esteem: 3 Simple Techniques


In this note found in 3 simple steps and techniques to increase your self esteem in minutes.

If you've read my articles courses or possibly know that I am a fan of keeping a journal with notes and progress of the changes you are about to perform.

If you have not read about this issue, what I propose is to buy a small journal or notebook that will guide your company and to tackle your projects. Today is increase your self-esteem in a very short time to start living your life to the fullest, as they really deserve to live, and realize all that you propose.

To do this I'll give you 3 techniques to boost your self-esteem from today:

Write in your journal all the positive characteristics you. Be sure to record any more simple than you think, honesty, warmth, confidence, compassion, loyalty, etc.. He also notes all the tasks you have accomplished throughout your life, big and small and all you can do. For example, PC handling, good use of Excel, languages, helps a friend, give good advice, all items that come to mind.

One of the characteristics of people with high self esteem is to realize and appreciate the positive qualities they have, rather than being focused on things that are missing or their flaws. Try for the next 7 days focalizarte on your strengths, and each time a negative thought appears you grab your journal and reread what you just score. If you think this exercise is very simple, true, and give you more results than you think, you just have to try it!

Do not look all the time the approval of others for what you are undertaking. Similarly, do not blame others for your failures or things you do not go the way you expected. This does not merely postpone the inevitable: take charge of your actions and to take control of your life, to lead the north of your choice. Define your goals and charts a path on how to get there. Note the small media purposes, and every time you achieve will help you have more confidence in yourself and this will impact directly on increasing your self esteem.

It works. Yes, act! Nothing more important than this. If you're reading this article because you acknowledge that you have a problem with your self-esteem and are looking for a solution. I congratulate you, first, because not all people reach the point of acknowledging their weaknesses and find a way to overcome them. Then I want you to remember everything you read and inform, will know dead if you apply and fail not taking you to a vicious circle where further reduced self-esteem. Apply everything you read, start to take your newspaper today and change your internal dialogue, change those negative thoughts that usually invade you, by thoughts of "I can", "I'm getting better" and you will see changes sooner than you expect.
